Improve the Zendesk font sizes when articles are created

Country teams want to work on improving the 'Heading' font sizes in Zendesk as they're confusing and not much different from one another. They're provided by Zendesk and we want to opportunity to change them to be better. 

Make them more noticeably different and user friendly.

  Teams are able to update font sizes from this option on Zendesk. There is the option to bold the font and change the color to improve the noticeability of the titles
