Issue: Add new brand in Zendesk and configure Soliguide instance
Release Notes: Added Soliguide brand in Zendesk, configured routing triggers, created groups and added the team to the groups.
Issue: Review and Follow up on Bolo Analytics Email: "Re: Bolo's Website Engagement Issue"
Release Notes: Reviewed and troubleshooted Bolo's website engagement issue post migration in Nov 2023, highlighted that Bolo users tend not to read and have limited to no internet connection. Proposed implementing a 'Downloadable Materials' tab on their website, similar to InfoDigna, and archive all outdated articles such as COVID-19, as users may think the website is inactive.
Issue: Add a text below services on the Peru front page.
Release Notes: Info Pa'lante Peru <https://www.peru.infopalante.org/es> text above the footer has been added as requested with contact information (email and WhatsApp) in Spanish.
Issue: Improve the way the bot responds by sending only EXTERNAL articles. Remove all INTERNAL articles and data, as they do not need to know team and operational matters
Release Notes: AI Chatbot: https://signpost-test.vercel.app/ has been improved. We've removed all internal articles from the bot response and generated only external articles that should be shown to the public.
Security and privacy risk minimized, as by removing the internal articles, the bot can no longer detect Signpost admin members. The next area of focus is to remove ALL BROKEN links from the bot post-development of the Vector Storage.
Issue: Configure Zendesk Support form for Peru
Release Notes: Finished setting up Zendesk support form for Info Pa'lante Peru to enable them to start the 2-way communication service in Zendesk.
Issue: Review and Implement User (SMO) can save a service when incomplete (not all mandatory fields are selected)
Release Notes: As of April 16, teams should now be able to save an incomplete service in Directus and mark itself as a draft version for you to revisit and complete. The only mandatory field needed is Country.
