Request for New Service Mapping: Open services in new tab

Please set all services to open by default in a new tab for both the map view and the list view on the website. This way, the users will not lose the filtering criteria they have chosen and have to start from scratch every time they visit a service.

This has now been deployed as of Jan 3. You will notice that when accessing Services via the Service Map, it will open up as a new tab than open on the same tab (taking you away from the homepage of the Service Map).

Update this has been moved down to Sprint 133 due to Analytics priority with core websites since the migration. If the Dev is able to complete the Analytics tasks earlier, he will move this request to the current sprint.
