I would like the social media previews to show the names of articles and services rather than the names of the website.

Previews on social media show the name of the website rather than the title of the article. In the image pictured below, we can see that the preview says "Refugee.info Greece" instead of the name of the article.

  This requires investigation from the Tech team. It's not yet clear how Facebook determines the thumbnail. If we have a better understanding of what element in the html is pulled as the thumbnail title, we could reconfigure the sites to format this correctly, but Facebook documentation is not clear on the issue. We will mark this item as unplanned until we have a clearer sense of the route cause of this issue.
