Add helpline/toll free field in Public contact information

Noticed that the numbers we have on service maps might not be necessarily office numbers. I have seen several services that have both office lines and toll-free numbers. Is it possible to differentiate?

  Hello Lolyne-Ongeri We have enabled 'sms' as a field under the public contact information in Directus. Please use 'phone' to enter the helpline/toll free. This will also be translated to cater to other languages.

  Apologies for the delay. I am not sure if this was ever completed but I wanted to check back in with you on if this has been done, or needs doing? I had a look on Directus and didn't see this to differentiate. Can you send over a screenshot of what you're seeing?
