Updates and Release notes - 11/6/2023
Sprint Report & Release Notes
This sprint focused on closing out various user stories and addressing key issues across multiple projects. Our efforts included substantial backend work to ensure seamless user experiences, rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT), and essential quality assurance (QA) measures.
Key Accomplishments:
- New site launch for Julisha
- New site launch for Sheega
- New site launch for Importa Mi
- New site launch for Simaet Bhatha
- New site launch for Bolo
- New site launch for Info Digna NYC (still awaiting content before public launch)
- New messaging and social media launch for Uganda
- Most urgent visual bugs with the service maps on websites identified and resolved
- New workflows for release notes, visible product roadmap
- New structure for help center articles
- Development of a new Zendesk ticket import tool for offline programming.
- Development of an external-facing form for service providers
- Feedback survey and internal metrics on support requests
Moving Forward:
For the first time, ALL of our country projects have been switched over to the new site template and new Service map CMS. With this in mind, we are no longer transitioning out old tools and will be re-directing efforts towards making aesthetic and functional improvements on the new site template front-end and service mapping CMS. We will be de-commissioning the old CMS system and cleaning up artifacts for old content in our current systems.
