  Currently no edit access to update the edit tags and filters - this will require money.

  The Zendesk theme we are using SP help center is locked. It is missing the edit code option. We need to purchase the full version of the theme and edit the code in order to make these changes.

  This has been moved from Answered to Not Planned due to the fact that this will require money, coding, and customization management to develop. We agreed that once the list gets bigger and it's harder to navigate, we will separate them for the teams convenience.
