Add article suggestions at the end of each articles

At the end of each article there should be a suggestion of articles related to it to encourage them to keep reading.

  In the backend, it is complicated and will require a lot of hours. We would need to totally edit the document page for all country sites. Very time consuming and will change the Developer scope of work and will result in a lot of maintenance. Current state, to be determined.
