Feedback on Two-Column Article Layout and Possible Solution
CompletedIn Czechia, we have been receiving feedbacks that information about the services is hard to read. The current article layout on the websites employs a two-column format, one of the columns being a headline for each information block (Address, Contacts, Description etc.). The problem is that it reduces the space available for the main information, making it less readable and user-friendly on smartphones.
Instead of the two-column layout, I suggest placing the headline of each section above its respective information section. It would be more suitable for vertical devices such as smartphones and will ensure a more pleasant user experience for the majority of our Ukrainian users.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi Polina, this ticket has now been completed by the frontend developer (you mentioned another issue outside of this scope which you will submit a new ticket for).
The closing statement for this feature request is that the article layout has been replaced with separate sections with headers for Address, Contacts, Description and Opening Hours, and it has been rearranged for Description to start both on web and mobile.
You will receive a follow up from PSala via the ZD ticket. Thanks!
