Key Points to Remember:
- Machine translations may not be able to translate some languages like Kirundi
- Advice: To pull newly updated articles through to Transifex, you can manually refresh content by going to the Integrations tab at the top under Settings, edit the settings, click on 'Select content', select all articles, and click 'Refresh Content' at the bottom next to the date to resync all articles that should be displaying.

- All articles to resync is sorted in the Resources tab on the left column for Zendesk and Directus, and you will see multiple languages
- Transifex currently has a bug and the Product Team is working closely with the Transifex Support Team to resolve the identified issues
- Bugs varies between projects in Transifex as RI Greece for example are able to refresh content but it's not working for others
- Connection with Zendesk and Transifex, not all teams are set up to use Transifex unless you want to, though we advise that you do if you're publishing in more than 2 languages.
- It's very dependent on if teams find it useful, saves you time, and is productive
- Transifex machine translation connect be relied on 100%, therefore we highly recommend to manually review before publishing
- Use the last updated filter on the right hand side in Transifex to show the latest article entry to edit and translate
- At the moment, updated articles will not reuse existing resources in Transifex but generates a new entry to translate. This will be raised with Transifex to determine our next steps on improving teams productivity.
