Include Article Attachments as downloadable links

With the old Zendesk Help Centers, users could go to article settings > manage attachments and add PDFs or other files, which would be added as downloadable content at the end of the article.



This request is to add this functionality to the new site templates.

  As of Feb 22, 2024, you now have the option to attach Zendesk articles or other files you would like to attach as downloadable content on your website in an article. This is available for all instances. 

  All attached documents will be added at the bottom of the article. See an example for Tubulire.info: https://www.tubulire.info/en-us/articles/14811376424861. Scroll down to the bottom of the article to see how this is presented and formatted.

  SP-2727 Jira ticket has been created and added to Sprint 135. A request for after the new year.

  We moved over to a new project from SP to SPP, this is the new Jira number: https://theirc.atlassian.net/browse/SPP-205 and reassigned to another developer. It is currently in an active sprint which started yesterday.

  This has now passed QA and ready for deployment for all instances.
