    Hi Lolyne, 

    Thanks for meeting with me (Feb 27, 2024), after discussing further, this is indeed a support request rather than a feature request. Feature is specific to introducing a new process to an existing process and bringing an enhancement idea or suggestion that would change the scope of work such as turning the website into an app, or we would like the Service Map to allow us to use Satellite for example.

    Based on your information, you're asking for the Tech team to look into an issue with your articles that should be updated on the homepage as it used to work but now it's no longer updating. The expected behaviour has changed and that is classified as a bug. Please proceed to submit a support ticket to support@signpost-help.zendesk.com.

    It would also be ideal to provide us with the 6 article IDs in the support ticket for reference when we need to test.

    UPDATE: March 20, 2024. ZD Ticket: 566712 for this issue. Recent articles section on the homepage was created for only displaying Zendesk articles and not services from Directus. For services, the recently created ones should be showing on the service map.

    Can you send over screenshots too as I want to make sure the Jira ticket is as detailed as possible for the Developers when they do take it on?

    Hi Hellen, this is what I have as latest articles, but we have since updated around 6 services that are not on the website.

    Hi Hellen, regarding this request, the feature used to function properly. As evidenced by the screenshots shared previously, the homepage was regularly updating with recent service maps up to November 3, 2023. However, subsequent services have not been updated since then. I have included screenshots below for reference.
