You can request access to Directus by: |
- Sending an email to the Signpost Help support address (support@signpost-help.zendesk.com).
- In this email, please include the name, project name, and email address of all service mapping officers that need to be added to the platform.
- By sending this email, a ticket will be created and assigned to the Signpost Admin team, who will approve your request (usually within 8-16 business hours) and send you a verification email where you will be prompted to set your password and log in.
