How to Create a Preset for Your Own Views: |
Presets are items which store the state of a Collection Page. This allows you to set layout defaults or define bookmarks to specific datasets. Remember, a Collection Page enables you to customize how its items are presented. That is, it lets you sort, search, or filter items and even change Layouts. In some cases, you may need to apply the same display adjustments again and again. Presets save these adjustments, like a snapshot. 1. Navigate to the Settings Category: To begin creating a Preset locate the Setting Category icon (1), which is represented by a gear icon. Click on it to access the setting area. 2. Access to “Presets & Bookmarks” Category (2): Within the setting area, click the “Presets & Bookmarks” to access the existing bookmarks interface. 3. Access to “Create Preset”: To create a new preset, click on the blue plus sign (+) located on the right side of the screen(③). This wil initiate the process of creating a new preset.
4. Input Relevant Information(4): As a Service Mapping Officer, it is your responsibility to provide all the necessary details for the new preset. You will be prompted to input various pieces of information to describe the service accurately. The descriptions below will guide you through each category: |
Collection: Sets the collection this preset will apply to. Notice the layout preview below, which populates with live data from the selected collection. |

Scope: Defines which users have access to this preset. |

Layout: Selects a Layout for the preset, which is adjusted from the Sidebar. |

Name: Sets a name, which determines if the preset is a Default or Bookmark. There is also a translation function on the right side(optional). |

Choose Icon: Choose one icon from the dropdown menu to represent the new service category. |

Choose Color: Choose one color or fill in the RGB values for the icon. |
5. Save your work and Review (5): Remember to save your changes and review the service details before finalizing the creation process. This way, you can ensure that the service information is complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible to those who need it.
