Users trust us with information that could reveal their identities, impact their asylum claims, or jeopardize their safety. You never know who might be listening, so don't speak about any Signpost related cases to anyone outside of your organization.
As social media channels are predominantly public we need to make sure that no personal information (eg. phone numbers, photos of documents etc) are posted on channels. Publicly posted personal information, could place people at real risk of harm -- whether it means to or not!
Digital community liaisons need to make sure they immediately delete comments that contain any personal information.

After you have deleted a comment, you should message the person in private to tell them that we have deleted the comment for their own safety because it contained personal information and ask them if we can help with any questions they may have.
