Layout 3: Kanban (Configurations)
Kanban Layout is ideal for Collections that serve as project management tools or to-do lists, where each Item represents a task, because it groups Items onto columns according to their status (e.g. "Not Started", "In Progress", "Under Review", "Complete", or any other status defined). This is not yet fully configured. The following controls are available.
How to Configure it: |
1. Navigate to the Content Category: To begin editing the layout locate the Content Category icon (1), which is represented by a 3-Dimensional cube. Click on it to access the content management area. 2. Access to any category you want to edit the layout (2):Within the content management area, you will see different categories. Look for any category and click on it. 3. Access to “Layout Options”: To edit the layout, click on the blue plus sign (+) located in the right side of the screen (3). This will initiate the process of creating a new item, which represents a region on the Service Map.

Select “Kanban” from the dropdown menu (4).
This will initiate the process of transforming the layout of the current view into a Kanban style. |

Customize “Kanban”: After transforming the layout to Kanban style, the "Layout Options" interface will display some new options.
Group By: Select the Field used to define Item status. |

Group Title: Choose the Field use to serve as the title for each kanban group |
|
Card Title: Choose the Field use to serve as the title for each kanban board. |

Card Text: Choose a Field to display additional text on each Item |
