Layout 2: Map (Interactions)

How to Navigate:

1. Viewing Map interface:

Navigate to the Map section in the main interface, you will see a map display showing geographical locations based on your data. Each location is represented by a marker or a visual element on the map.

2. Interacting with the Map:

Use the zoom controls(“+” and “-”) to adjust the map's zoom level. Drag or swipe the map to explore different areas.

3. Accessing “Find my location”:

To quickly locate your current position on the map, click on the "Find my location" button. This feature utilizes your device's location services to pinpoint your current coordinates on the map.

4. Selecting and Editing Points: 

To select points on the map, click on the icon with a dashed rectangle. Once your cursor changes to a crosshair shape, you can click one point or drag to create a selection box for multiple points on the map.

The selected points will be highlighted in pink, and the icon for editing the selected points will appear in the top right corner.

You can perform the following actions on the selected points using the icons in the top right corner:

• • Search and filter (magnifying glass icon): Apply search or filter criteria to the selected points.
  • Delete (trash can icon): Remove the selected points from the map.
  • Archive (file box icon with downward arrow): Archive the selected points.

5. Edit (Pencil icon):

Modify the selected points. If you want to cancel the selection, click on the square icon inside the red circle shown in the image.

6. Creating New Point on the map:

To add a new point, click on the blue "+" button. Then add relevant information associated with the new point and save it.
