Digital Community Liaisons are anonymous. This is to protect you and ensure you are better able to maintain confidentiality - it is a very small world out there! All communication with people takes place under the name of their Signpost instance (eg. as Refugee.Info or InfoPa’lante).
Creating an Anonymous Account
When you start work you need to set up a dedicated work Facebook account. This account should use a pseudonym (ex. First name RefugeeInfo). Once you have created this account we will link it to your Signpost Instance’s Facebook page. Note: You will not directly moderate under this pseudonym account. All moderation will be conducted under the name of your Signpost instance.
