Initial Login
When your account is created, you will receive an email in your inbox with instructions on logging in and setting your initial password. Follow these instructions to verify and access your account for the first time.
Logging in as IRC Staff

To sign in, please login here by choosing the domain "signpost-global."
- When the login shows up, click Agent login or "I am an Agent."
- Sign in to OneLogin by following the prompt and using your IRC credentials.
External Parties Unable to Use SSO

Navigate to the help center by going to https://signpost-global.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

Click the login button in the upper right corner of the help center page.

Enter your username and password when prompted at the login page.

Set up two-factor authentication - You will be instructed to set up SMS-based two-factor authentication to log in.

Change your password upon first login - After successfully logging in, you MUST change your password. To do so:
- Go to your profile in the upper right-hand corner
- Select "view profile > security settings > password > change"

If you encounter login issues, you can use the following alternative method:

- Enter your email
- Check your email inbox
- Click the "magic link" in your email
- You will be logged in!
