Logging in as IRC Staff
- To sign in please log in here by choosing the domain "signpost-global".
- When the login in shows up, click Agent login, or "I am an Agent"
- Sign in to OneLogin by following the prompt and using your IRC credentials.
External Parties Unable to Use SSO
- To sign in please log in here by choosing the domain "signpost-global".
- When the login in pop up displays, click login using your official email and the password "Signpost2022*", then sign in. If this does not work, please let support@signpost-help.zendesk.com know.
- You will receive a prompt for SMS or App verification. You may either connect your personal SMS then enter the code, or download the Zendesk Support application in the Apple, Android, or Google app store on your mobile phone to verify.
- You MUST change your password upon entry. Do so by entering your profile in the upper right hand corner go to view profile > security settings > password > change.
