Initial Login
When your account is created, you will receive an email in your inbox with instructions on logging in and setting your initial password. Follow these instructions to verify and access your account for the first time.
Logging in as IRC Staff

To sign in, please login here by choosing the domain "signpost-global."
- When the login shows up, click Agent login or "I am an Agent."
- Sign in to OneLogin by following the prompt and using your IRC credentials.
External Parties Unable to Use SSO
- To sign in, log in here by choosing "signpost-global."
- You will receive a prompt for SMS or App verification. You may either connect your personal SMS and then enter the code or download the Zendesk Support application in the Apple, Android, or Google app store on your mobile phone to verify.
- You MUST change your password upon entry. Do so by entering your profile in the upper right hand corner go to view profile > security settings > password > change.
External Parties Unable to Use SSO

- You MUST change your password upon entry. To do so, enter your profile, then go to the upper right-hand corner and select "view profile > security settings > password > change."
