Changing your Display Name in Chats
For most projects, it is important that the anonymity of the digital community liaison is protected during direct conversations with end users. For this reason, you should make sure that your display name is set to your a title rather than a name.
Click on the four squares icon in the top right hand side of your screen and select "Chat" from the drop-down window. |

Then, click your profile in the top right, and update your display name to the desired title. |
After doing so, conversations over web widget and other Zendesk chats will protect your identity. Also please note, all messages over Meta platform will appear to come from the business page, so your Display Name will not apply to these chats.
