Where can I create ads to apply for Ad Credit?
- You must use the Meta Ads Manager platform to create your ads. Your ad account should be under Signpost Business Suite. The Humanitarian Content and Social Media Advisor will create an ad account for your program and you will be creating ads there.
Can the credit be allocated to a personal ad account?
- While Meta may approve ads from personal ad accounts, we recommend using an ad account under Signpost Business Suite for better tracking and troubleshooting. You can also add your personal ad account to Signpost Business Suite.
- Please contact the Humanitarian Content and Social Media Advisor for guidance on creating a new ad account or adding your personal ad account to Signpost Business Suite.
What are the terms and conditions of using Meta Ad Credit?

Do I need to share any report/progress with Meta?
- No. You don’t need to report your progress to Meta.
How long does it take to get Meta’s approval?
- There is no certain timeline and it depends on Meta. However, from our experience, we have observed that on average, it may take 5-10 days to get approval.
