The goals of the Signpost Client Satisfaction Survey are:
- To have a consistent and unified approach to measuring client satisfaction
- Concise, brief format to encourage higher response rate
- Based on a pilot which found a higher response rate with the 1-5 likert scale

Signpost Client Satisfaction Surveys are sent through Zendesk to two-way users by moderators. They use a uniquely generated link by a macro that allows us to link the response back to the user’s ticket id. It is important for being able to disaggregate the data collected in these surveys by brand and demographic information
Surveys are available in Spanish, French, English, Somali, Swahili at this time. If you need an additional language added to the survey, please contact Signpost Support.
