How to Send a Survey |
1. In the course of a conversation on Zendesk with a user, when you think is best, click the macro in the language you want to send the survey in.
2. Send it to the client.
3. It is very important to use the Macro to generate the survey link, as it creates a unique link that allows us to identify the response by brand and ticket id.
- If you do not use the macro, we will not be able to trace answers back to your program.
- For Facebook + WhatsApp convos, you will need to send within 24 hours of the user’s last message to avoid the conversation closing.
