To store information in the tracking file, you will do the following:
1. Navigate to the File Library Category:
To begin storing a new file locate the file library icon (1), which is represented by a folder icon. Click on it to access the content management area
2. Access to the “File Library”-“File” Category(2):
Within the content management area, you will see different categories. Look for the “File Library” category and click on “File”. If you want to store files of different formats, you can also choose other categories, and the steps are similar). This category specifically deals with storing files on the Service Map.
3. Add a new file:
Click on the blue plus sign (+) located in the top right corner of the screen (3) or the blue “Add File” button in the middle of the screen (3). This will initiate the process of adding a new file to the current directory. Then drag and drop a file from your computer to the specific location (4). After completing the file upload, click “Done” to save.
4. Creating a new folder:
Click the white button with the folder icon in the top right corner of the screen(5). This will initiate the process of adding a new folder to the current file library. Enter the new folder’s name (6) and click “Save” to save the modifications (or click “Cancel”).
