The meta description is an HTML tag we can set for our content. In it, we can describe what our content is about. For technical reasons, if not possible to set in HTML, Google may automatically take the first two lines of the article as Meta description.

• Use keywords
• Use active voice where possible
• Make sure the meta description matches with content
