Revising Published Articles

How to Revise Already Published Articles

The following steps will help you understand how to edit already published and/or draft articles. 

1. Select the article you want from the list of ALL articles. 

2. Next click "Article Settings." This will allow you to make any changes you would like. 

3. When you are done revising, make sure to click "Save & Publish."

Things to Know:

• If you use Transifex as a translation platform, you should only make changes in the default language. Once you finish the revision, synch the content in Transifex and again translate those in Transifex.
• If you don’t use Transifex and do translation manually, you need to reflect the changes in every language in the Zendesk Guide.
