How to Set-up Publishing Options |
1. Save the article BEFORE you publish it. | |
2. Select "Editors & Publishers" | |
3. Select "Everyone" under the visible section | |
4. Locate category & section where article will be published | |
5. Put a check in the "Open for Comments" and DO NOT select "Promote Article" | |
6. Add who the owner of the article is | |
7. Add who the author of the article is | |
8. Add keywords here | |
9. Leave "Related" section blank | |
10. Attach any files to the article here | |
Only complete the following step when you have finished all the options above. | |

Once the article is saved you can tag someone (who has access to Zendesk) for review and schedule it for a later publication. Once the review is done, the article is ready to publish. |
