How to Add/Edit Categories & Sections

These steps will help you to understand how you can add/edit sections and categories of your website.

1. Click "Section" and/or "Category" from the dropdown menu, and then select "Add" or "Edit."

Things to Know:

• Only the Brand Manager has access to edit/add sections and categories.
• Sections and categories are not translated automatically. So ensure that you have translations of each section and categories in different languages already set in your Zendesk system.
• Before you delete any section, ensure that you have shifted the content under those sections either in another section or added in the section, or archived those content to avoid losing your content.
