- We recommend adding the final version of the article so any revision should have been done before you add the article to Zendesk.
- You should only add the article in the primary/default language you identified earlier. You don’t need to add articles in any other language.
- Before you start adding the article here, it should be finalized. You can make changes even after publication but it may bring some complexities in translation.
- You cannot upload video directly in Zendesk but can share video links by which the video and thumbnail should be visible in Zendesk. So to post the video on Zendesk, you should upload it somewhere like Google Drive/Viamo or you can share the video from YouTube or any other video platform.
- You cannot edit photos inside Zendesk. So, ensure you have edited the photo before you upload it to Zendesk.
- Sometimes, you may face issues with coloring and spacing issues in sentences. It happens due to the earlier formatting from where you pasted. To solve it, copy the content you want to color>open Text Document/Note pad on your computer>paste>copy the content from Note Pad>Paste it in ZD Guide>Color it.
